Hi I'm Jacqueline/Jackie and this is my blog about life.

I live on the coast of North Carolina and think it is such a beautiful state.
I have a wonderful husband of 27 years.
I have one beautiful daughter, a handsome son-in-law and two handsome sons.
I have seven siblings.
My family means EVERYTHING to me.
I am a dental hygienist.
I love living on the coast, the water is my therapy.
I love gardening, canning, cooking, camping, biking, kayaking....the list goes on.
I love learning about health and nutrition and sharing that with others.
